Hypothetical performance disclosure
This disclosure applies to every result, table, chart, stat and figure on this site, in our emails and Discord posts, and in every rules document (PDF) we sell.
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have inherent limitations. Every result we show is simulated or backtested: it is not an actual performance record and does not represent actual trading, because none of the trades shown were ever executed.
Since the trades were not executed, the results may have under- or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity, slippage and order fills.
Simulated trading programs in general are also designed with the benefit of hindsight: the rules and settings were chosen and tested on data that was already known.
No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown.
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Only risk capital (money you can afford to lose) should be used.
